Version 2026-10-10 These terms apply when you use the SarvNex website or app. Please read them with our Privacy notice. 1. Who can use SarvNex You must be 18 or older and give true details. One person, one account. Keep your password and sign-in codes secret; you are responsible for activity on your account. 2. What SarvNex does SarvNex helps people find local services, shops, rooms and community listings, and gives businesses simple tools (billing, khata, stock, team, attendance, leave and work orders). SarvNex is a platform: the work, goods, prices and payments are agreed directly between customers and providers. SarvNex does not take payments, is not a party to those agreements and does not guarantee the quality of any provider's work. 3. Providers and businesses Providers must describe their services, prices and availability honestly, hold any licence their work needs, and keep their business records accurate. Business owners are responsible for the staff they invite, the access they give and the records they keep, including tax records. 4. Not allowed Fraud or false information; harassment, threats or hateful content; sharing other people's phone numbers or private data; posting illegal goods or services; spam; trying to break, overload or bypass the security of SarvNex; and using SarvNex for anything unlawful. 5. Content You keep ownership of what you upload, and give SarvNex permission to store and show it only as needed to run the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law, and we review reports from users. 6. Availability and liability We work to keep SarvNex available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, SarvNex is not liable for indirect losses or for the acts of users and providers. 7. Ending your account You can delete your account at any time (Account → Delete my account). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Records that a business must keep by law stay with that business as explained in the Privacy notice. 8. Changes and law We may update these terms; the version above shows the current one and we will tell you about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
